Roland was a cheerful young man who left us far too soon. During his 25 years, he was exceptionally active and enterprising \u2014 he was involved in sports, worked both in Estonia and abroad during the summers, participated in various student programs, joined several student organizations, founded his own company, invested, and was an outstanding leader for other young people in the Southwestern Advantage program. At the same time, he was socially active, always supportive, and a beloved friend. This allows us to allocate <strong data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3020\">5% of the fund\u2019s total value each year<\/strong> to scholarships and grants, while continuing to grow the fund \u2014 ensuring that donors\u2019 good deeds continue to do good forever. We aim to keep the foundation\u2019s administrative costs as low as possible so that, as the fund grows, these expenses become increasingly marginal.<\/p>\n<p>As of today, the fund\u2019s asset value has increased to <strong data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3363\">\u20ac154,259<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"3373\" data-end=\"3394\">2025 grant budget<\/strong> remains <strong data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3413\">\u20ac6,365<\/strong>. Compared to a year ago, the fund\u2019s assets have grown by <strong data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3480\">32%<\/strong>. We help young people across Europe access better entrepreneurial education and share investment knowledge with those who otherwise wouldn\u2019t have the opportunity. Our goal is to reduce and prevent poverty through education and empowerment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We direct our contributions to charitable projects in line with this mission. We donate only from the fund\u2019s passive income \u2014 allocating 50% of the returns to charity and 50% back to the fund.
