This year, we have provided <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1401\">\u20ac4,000<\/strong> in support, and in the autumn we plan to issue an additional <strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1473\">\u20ac5,200<\/strong> in scholarships. These include continuing the <strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1572\">Entrepreneurial Youth Scholarship competitions<\/strong> in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as announcing the <strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1678\">Greete Poderat Young Athlete Scholarship<\/strong> winner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1995\">We have organized <strong data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1758\">Entrepreneurial Youth Scholarship competitions<\/strong> across the Baltics since spring 2024, awarding a total of <strong data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1827\">\u20ac7,000<\/strong> to recognize and support entrepreneurial young people. More information about the upcoming scholarship competitions will be shared at the <strong data-start=\"1968\" data-end=\"1994\">beginning of September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><hr \/>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Investments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2364\">In terms of investments and asset management, our goal is to achieve <strong data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2122\">at least 10% annual growth<\/strong> of the fund\u2019s assets. This allows us to allocate <strong data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2216\">5% of the fund\u2019s total value each year<\/strong> to the budget for scholarships and grants, while continuing to grow the fund \u2014 ensuring that donors\u2019 good deeds continue doing good indefinitely.\u00a0We aim to keep the foundation\u2019s administrative costs as low as possible so that, as the fund grows, these expenses become increasingly marginal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2949\">As of today, the fund\u2019s asset value has increased to <strong data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2579\">\u20ac150,727<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2610\">2025 grant budget<\/strong> is <strong data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2624\">\u20ac6,365<\/strong>. Compared to a year ago, the fund\u2019s assets have grown by <strong data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2693\">28.8%<\/strong>, and by <strong data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2744\">18.4% since the beginning of this year<\/strong>. We help young people across Europe access better entrepreneurial education and share investment knowledge with those who otherwise wouldn\u2019t have the opportunity. Our goal is to reduce and prevent poverty through education and empowerment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We direct our contributions to charitable projects in line with this mission. We donate only from the fund\u2019s passive income \u2014 allocating 50% of the returns to charity and 50% back to the fund.
